The Green project aims to make the skills for green transition and entrepreneurial spirit mainstream across female HE students in STEAM field
FLIPPED TRAINING COURSE
The partnership will develop innovative online video training courses on the following topics:
• Entrepreneurship in STEAM
• Green skills and sustainable entrepreneurship
• Innovation and design thinking in entrepreneurship
• Digital skills in entrepreneurship
• Project management and social skills in entrepreneurship.
The modules will be freely available in 6 languages - English, Bulgarian, Polish, Italian, Portuguese and Greek.
TOOLKIT & FLIPPED LEARNING LABS
The team will develop a Toolkit with practical exercises, a Women Mentor's Guide, and will collect practical challenges from the business.
At least 250 students will have the opportunity to exploit the developed training resources during 6-month hackathons. They will participate in flipped learning labs, facilitated by the trained teachers, work in teams on real life challenges, and present their green entrepreneurship ideas at demonstration events in each country.
OPEN LEARNING PLATFORM
The massive open online courses will be freely accessible through a gamified e-learning platform featuring video lectures, interactive exercises and Toolkit with interactive resources, activities and methods, as well as guidelines for trainers and facilitators, that will be used during for mentoring and supporting students. The platform will also showcase the students’ projects, developed during the Hackathon.
The gamification will provide a unique and memorable experiential learning environment, in which students will develop entrepreneurship knowledge and entrepreneurial skills and mindset at the same time.
IMPACT REPORT
The impact report will summarize the outcomes of the GREEN STEEM Open learning platform and flipped learning approach on learners. It will be presented to key stakeholders at national multiplier events in the last months of the project, and will be widely disseminated across the education system.
